Responsibilities

• Follows established department and store policies and procedures.
• Ensures the quality and freshness of all Bakery products and services.
• Maintains product assortment and inventory levels for the Bakery.
• Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for products, especially ad items.
• Keeps the Bakery clean, sanitized, and presentable daily.
• Assists customers with cakes and special orders.
• Packs, labels, and places Bakery products on shelves.
• Restocks the Bakery department and manages deliveries as needed.
• Minimizes waste by following production sheets and rotation rules.
