Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking Team Members to support the Bakery area in Longmont. You will help receive and prepare products, maintain displays, stock shelves, and deliver courteous service aligned with WFM standards.

Responsibilities include breaking down deliveries, stocking, assisting with sampling, and ensuring health and safety compliance while engaging with customers and fellow Team Members on the floor.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays by front-facing and stocking shelves with accurate pricing.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and shift supervisors.
• Assist with sampling, inventory checks, and back stock upkeep.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide courteous, proactive customer service and suggestive selling.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures consistently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work and shopping environment; support equipment upkeep.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; report hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
