Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays by front-facing and rotating stock.
• Stock shelves and display areas; keep bins clean.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program; keep samples tidy and presentable.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrive on time; wear clean attire; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service; address customer needs promptly and effectively; use suggestive selling.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, stocking and merchandising.
• Follow health and sanitation and safety procedures; maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary working and shopping environment; keep equipment clean and safe.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations; perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
