• High School diploma or GED; or related job experience and/or training are required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

• Promote a high level of morale within department and store, utilizing friendly but professional methods of honest and open communication.
• Capable of pricing, dating, and wrapping or bagging bakery products
• Capable of recognizing quality and distinguishing among bakery products
• Maintain attractive displays and case layouts to maximize sales and profits
• Capable of handling special orders and using suggestive selling techniques when possible
• Ensure product quality and cost control to minimize losses
