• Exhibit and develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store, utilizing friendly but professional methods of honest and open communication.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure efficient service and smooth operation.
• Comply with all company policies, programs and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct.
• Continually develop knowledge and skills through training and education of self and team members.
• Capable of pricing, dating, and wrapping or bagging bakery/deli products per policy.
• Recognize quality and distinct features of bakery/deli items to assist customers.
• Fill, arrange, rotate, and merchandise displays and display cases within Bakery and Deli Departments.
• Price and code date all deli/bakery products clearly and accurately.
• Accept special orders and use suggestive selling where possible.
• Maintain attractive cases and displays to maximize sales and minimize losses.
