Responsibilities

• Ensures merchandise is fresh, properly priced, and labeled with correct signage.
• Assists with production of breads and pastries following recipes and logs.
• Maintains department sanitation following schedules and OSHA requirements.
• May assist with deliveries and unloading as trained.
• Reports shortages or overages to manager to minimize shrink.
