Job summary

Weis Markets, Inc. is looking for a friendly bakery associate to join our team. You will help keep the bakery stocked, greet customers, take orders, and assist with displays and special orders.

No prior experience is required, and we provide training to ensure quality and safety. You will support production of baked goods, maintain cleanliness and follow health/OSHA guidelines, and may assist with deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Keeps bakery department well stocked and appealing to meet customer demand.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person with a positive attitude.
• Sets up special-order tables and displays as needed.
• Monitors pricing, signage, and freshness to ensure quality.
• Assists in production of breads and pastries per recipes.
• Maintains sanitation and follows health and OSHA guidelines.
• May assist with receiving and stocking deliveries.
