Job summary

Franz Family Bakery is seeking a Route Sales Representative to join our Medford team. You will load bakery products onto delivery trucks at a regional depot and deliver to grocery stores, restaurants, and institutions throughout the region.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ years of sales experience, and a valid driver's license. You will maintain shelves, manage reorders, and uphold safety policies while working a schedule that includes early hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have sales experience; industry experience preferred.
• Must have a proven safe work history.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment math test, background check, drug screen, and physical, and be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with proof of vehicle insurance.
• Must have a clean driving record and provide a current driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Loads a delivery truck at a regional loading depot with bakery products and delivers to retail and institutional customers.
• Retrieves outdated bakery products from customers and returns them to the depot.
• Responsible for reordering bakery products and keeping customers' shelves stocked and faced.
• Meets or exceeds budgeted objectives.
• Performs duties safely, courteously, and per company guidelines.
• Performs pre-trip checks and adheres to Fleet Safety Policy.
