Job summary

Franz Family Bakery is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to maintain bakery products in assigned stores, stock shelves, rotate items for freshness, and present products attractively. The role requires driving a company vehicle to customer locations and handling loading/unloading of product with care.

The candidate should be reliable, highly organized, and able to communicate with diverse people inside and outside the organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar merchandising position.
• Experience in bread/bakery/food industry is a plus.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform standing/walking activities.
• Must pass pre-employment checks and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain freshness and presentation.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver product to customer locations.
• Load and unload product in the vehicle and handle racks safely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
