Paris Baguette in Thousand Oaks is hiring Retailers, Bakers, Cakers, and Sandwich Team Members for our brand-new location. We seek high-energy individuals who love our food and a warm bakery café experience.

As a Retailer, you will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions with Toast, assist guests with menu choices, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. Flexible schedules and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Retail/Customer Service experience preferred for lead or full-time roles; training considered for part-time students
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Food Handler Certification is required
• Positive attitude and high emotional intelligence for diverse teams
• Basic math skills for transactions
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Team-oriented mindset to foster collaboration

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in-person or by phone
• Greet guests with eye contact, smiles, and enthusiasm
• Assist guests with order decisions and educate on menu items
• Operate the Toast POS system with accurate cash handling
• Prepare coffee and beverages per demand
• Check product quality and rotate pastries and desserts
• Keep store areas clean and organized during hours of operation
• Work with urgency, integrity, and efficiency
