La Farm, Inc. in Cary, NC is seeking a full-time team member to deliver world-class customer service, greet customers, and upsell using strong product knowledge. The role involves maintaining merchandising, handling cash, preparing samples, and ensuring cleanliness and safety on the shop floor.

You will work in a fast-paced retail bakery environment, supporting daily operations, inventory, and guest experience while upholding La Farm values of quality and community.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and sense of urgency to serve every customer.
• Experience with customer service, food service or high-end retail preferred.
• Cash handling and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to solve business related problems quickly and efficiently.
• Great relationship building skills and demonstrated positive demeanor as a team player.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitask.
• Flexibility required: Weekends required, holiday work required, two days off (not ,consecutive).
• Strong verbal communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and sales to customers.
• Maintain cash handling and reporting accuracy (invoicing, deposits, etc.).
• Prepare samples and ensure proper merchandising and signage.
• Respond to customer inquiries and greet customers according to La Farm standards.
• Hawk bread loudly and maintain store standards.
