Job summary

La Farm Bakery in Raleigh, NC seeks a full-time frontline team member to deliver world-class customer service, manage the register, and drive sales through product knowledge. You will participate in sampling, merchandising, and daily store operations to uphold our standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling cash accurately, stocking, and assisting with baking and prep to support retail sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service is required and sense of urgency.
• Experience in customer service, food service, or high-end retail preferred.
• Cash handling and sales experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide world-class service.
• Sell through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Prepare samples and maintain merchandising standards.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and daily reporting.
