Job summary

La Farm Bakery in Cary, NC is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver world-class service in a fast-paced retail bakery environment. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and drive sales with friendly, energetic engagement.

Responsibilities include cash handling, operating the register, preparing samples, maintaining clean and organized displays, and coordinating with production to ensure availability of breads, pastries, and cookies.

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills and sense of urgency to serve every customer.
Experience with customer service, food service or high-end retail preferred.
Cash handling and sales experience preferred.
Ability to solve business related problems quickly and efficiently.
Great relationship building skills and positive demeanor as a team player.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitask.
Flexibility required: weekends and holiday work.

Responsibilities
