• Reviews records to optimize time and materials; inspects product quality.
• Maintains equipment in good operating condition and enforces safety policies.
• Promotes positive worker relations and cross-department communication.
• Plans work assignments to cover all production phases and may operate detectors.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and attendance rules; supports training.
