Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on bakery experience is required.
• Ability to perform standard bakery production and QC tasks with guidance as needed.
• Associate or Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of food safety, hygiene, dough and ingredient management.
• GMP and HACCP knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to read and apply product manuals and procedures.
• Clear verbal and written communication, including report writing and training.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping, organization, and prioritization.
• Korean and English proficiency is preferred.
• Travel up to 75% for store inspections, training, and openings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QSC and GFS inspections at stores and prepare reports.
• Evaluate product quality, production processes, hygiene practices, and manuals.
• Identify issues and follow up on corrective actions with departments.
• Train bakery teams on standard products, new products, and seasonal items.
• Provide training on frozen dough, storage, fermentation, baking and hygiene.
• Provide follow-up training to address deviations and improve production.
• Provide training for new store bakery teams at facilities and on site.
• Support production prep and on-site production during openings.
• Coordinate with departments on new store product assortments and kitchen layouts.
• Train teams on proper use, cleaning and care of kitchen equipment.
• Assist with equipment settings checks (temp and humidity).
• Identify equipment issues and coordinate follow-up.
