Qualifications

• One year of experience in a similar Quality Assurance lab.
• High school Diploma equivalency.
• Salary Range- $24.50

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Quality Assurance Supervisor, performs evaluations of ingredients and products in various stages of production.
• Obtains samples of ingredients/product at regular intervals.
• Evaluates the samples: weight, color, bake, etc.
• Performs microbiological tests.
• Originate and maintain accurate records.
• Checks Metal Detectors.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas.
• Trains new Lab Technicians II as necessary.
• Ensures compliance with all food safety and quality policies.
