Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a QA Floor Technician to ensure every product on the line meets our premium quality standards and GMP guidelines.

Reporting to the Food Safety and QA Manager, you will supervise line setup, perform inspections, swabbing, labeling checks, and document quality data to support continuous improvement. Join a team of about 16 staff on-site with opportunities for training and overtime to produce iconic cheesecakes safely and accurately.

Qualifications

Basic math calculations (percentages, measurements)
Knowledge of PQG systems
Flexible with shift changes and possible overtime
Good communication skills
Read, write, and speak English
High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience

Responsibilities

Ensure GMP and Food Safety compliance on the production floor
Monitor line setup and provide QA support (inspection, swabbing, tagging)
Inspect products to meet premium quality standards
Supervise line clearance
Verify calibration and function of scales, detectors, thermometers
Enter data and manage QA databases for HOLDS and issues
