The Cheesecake Factory Bakery is hiring a dessert production specialist to craft the menu desserts for our restaurant network and retail partners in our Rocky Mount facilities. You’ll work in a fast-paced production environment, focused on quality and consistency.

We value teamwork and a results-driven mindset. You should be adaptable, able to lift 30+ lbs, and flexible to a Monday–Sunday schedule. Benefits include paid vacation, medical and more.

• Ability to read, understand and follow specifications in English.

Responsibilities

• Create the delicious desserts on the menu at The Cheesecake Factory restaurants and at home branded cheesecakes/desserts in retail and food service outlets nationwide.
