Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all products are food safe & quality ready for all customers.
• Continuously monitors and conducts routine Quality & Food Safety checks for defects and logs results.
• Level I – Proficient in Bakery Line Operation and ability to handle QA tasks on frequencies for 2+ lines.
• Level II – Proficient in Bakery and Topping Line Operation handling 3+ lines.
• Level III - Proficient in Bakery and Topping Line Operation handling 5+ lines.
• Conducts daily instrument testing and calibration of equipment.
• Pulls product retains for Shelf Life and other analysis programs.
• QA Levels II or III will be trained to provide shift reports and internal communication.
