Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products are food safe and quality ready for customers.
• Continuously monitor and log quality and food safety checks.
• Support Level I–III QA tasks across Bakery and Topping lines.
• Perform daily instrument testing and calibration maintenance.
• Pull product retains for shelf life and other analyses.
• Contribute to 90% QA floor testing and 10% office paperwork.
• Assist with shift reporting and internal communications as needed.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Standards across production lines.
