Qualifications

• Follow all GMPs, food safety and quality policies.
• Report food safety incidents such as GMP violations, contamination, metal detector deviations, glass breakage, and pest harborage.
• Willing to acquire a wide variety of skills to assist the surrounding team and fully understand the processes.
• Able to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Clear pan jams and assist line startups and changeovers.
• Maintain product quality and ensure conformance to customer specifications.
• Monitor and minimize waste by separating rework from raw dough waste.
• Remove all out-of-spec product and notify supervisor of non-conforming items.
• Support a safe and efficient work environment and attend safety meetings.
