Responsibilities

• Combine raw materials in proper sequence and verify timing per Lot Sheet.
• Monitor downtime and waste and report to supervisor.
• Keep the line supplied with ingredients and maintain sanitation.
• Complete batch forms (Lot Sheet) and deliver to Production Manager.
• Follow GMPs and safety procedures throughout the shift.
• Assist in training in the mixing area.
