The role of the Production Supervisor is to provide manufacturing front-line leadership to one or more production lines from mixing to baking. The Supervisor is responsible for leading, motivating and developing front-line employees within their area of responsibility to achieve outstanding manufacturing results. This is done through enhancing teamwork, effective communications, actively listening to employees, and driving change. Must be able to lift approximately 30 pounds over head.WORK ENVIRONMENTWorking around power equipment, slippery floors and dusty areas. Very hot conditions in some areas during summer season. Protective clothing such as uniform, gloves and slip resistant shoes may be required.
