Responsibilities

• Directs the operation of shift production and ensures adherence to standards.
• Instructs production technicians and outsourced labor in care and safe operation of equipment.
• Reviews records to ensure proper use of time and materials; inspects product quality.
• Maintains equipment in good operating condition.
• Promotes positive employee relations and interdepartmental communication.
• Plans and assigns personnel to cover all phases of production.
• Ensures safety policies are enforced and conducts inspections and meetings.
