Responsibilities

• Directs the operation of shift production, checking formulas and assigning tasks.
• Monitors procedures and schedules to ensure adherence to standards and quality.
• Instructs production technicians and outsourced labor in equipment care and safety.
• Reviews records to ensure efficient use of time and materials and maintains product quality.
• Maintains equipment in good operating condition and enforces safety rules.
• Plans and adjusts work assignments to cover all phases of production.
