Eckceptional Search, LLC has partnered with an established food manufacturer in North Carolina to recruit Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. This full-time, on-site role oversees a team of 15–25 and supports three shifts, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Base salary ranges from $76,000 to $86,000 annually, plus a 5% bonus. Benefits include insurance, vacation and sick time, 401(k) with company match, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Breadth of leadership and team coaching.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety protocols.
• Ability to monitor and improve production efficiency.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and adapt scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
