Ideal candidates will hold Food Handler and Allergens certifications and have experience with food regulations such as HACCP and CGMP. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of food handling experience.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Allergens certification required.
• Knowledge of HACCP, CGMP, and food safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery equipment and machinery in accordance with food regulations, HACCP, and CGMP standards.
• Assist in preparation, mixing, and baking of bakery products while maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Ensure proper packaging of baked goods with labeling requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools.
• Monitor production lines for quality and safety compliance throughout the shift.
• Perform basic math for ingredient measurements and portioning.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
• Operate other material handling equipment as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines related to food processing and machinery operation.
• Other duties as assigned by owner or Executive Chef.
