Job summary

Woods Coffee in Kent, Washington is seeking an entry-level Bakery Production Team Member to support daily bakery operations across mixing, production, oven, packaging, and quality control. You will learn station-by-station while following recipes and procedures, maintaining cleanliness and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This full-time role starts early with weekend availability and opportunities for growth.

Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and policies with accuracy.
Willingness to learn across bakery production stations.
Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Follows Woods Coffee operational, food safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Prepares bakery products by mixing, rolling, scooping, shaping, weighing, assembling, and baking products according to company recipes and standards.
Accurately follows recipes and production procedures for batters, doughs, fillings, icings, and toppings.
Prepares products for baking by panning, topping, proofing, and staging products appropriately.
Proofs yeast doughs according to production standards.
Bakes products according to company quality control standards for appearance, texture, color, and doneness.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout all prep, production, baking, and storage areas.
Assists in a variety of bakery production stations as needed.
