Qualifications

• Two or more years experience in all areas of plant production work.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that production employees are instructed and trained in the care and safe operations of equipment.
• Review records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials; inspect products for quality.
• Ensure that all equipment is in good operating condition.
• Promote positive interdepartmental communication and cooperation.
• Position may be responsible for operating the facility metal detector(s) with training and certification.
• Enforce safety policies; conduct inspections and safety meetings.
• Plan and adjust work assignments to cover all phases of production.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies (EEO, Safety, etc.).
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
• Complete AIB Master Baker Correspondence Course.
• Other duties deemed by management as part of the job.
