Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Ensure world-class customer service and sales to internal and external customers; greet customers and engage with them; demonstrate product knowledge to enable sales, upselling, sampling, and merchandising.
• Packing: Pack breads and bakery products for maximum quality and accuracy of invoices.
• Customer service: Build long-term professional relationships with customers and report complaints/inquiries to the manager promptly.
• Quality: Ensure La Farm quality on products before packing and monitor shelf life for accurate representation.
• Set up the next shift for success.
• Ensure unit safety and sanitation goals and policies.
• Maintain health standards and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
