Job summary

Klosterman Baking Company is seeking Production Associates for our Indiana bakery. The role requires inspecting products for quality before packaging, sorting and handling trays, and supporting changeovers and wrapping operations.

You will maintain a clean, sanitary work area and report any quality issues promptly, with duties rotating as directed. Regular shift patterns include weekends and holidays with a minimum of 8 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a Team Environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspection of product for uniformity and quality prior to packaging.
• Sorting trays by color, bakery name, and condition.
• Feeding trays to tray washer and operating pan stacker/unstacker as needed.
• Assisting in product changeovers and wrapper operations.
• Maintaining clean, sanitary work area and reporting quality issues promptly.
• Handling and stacking pans and loaded trays with proper lifting techniques.
