Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery equipment and machinery in accordance with food regulations, HACCP, and CGMP standards.
• Assist in the preparation, mixing, and baking of various bakery products while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Ensure proper packaging of baked goods, adhering to quality standards and labeling requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools following sanitation procedures.
• Monitor production lines for consistency, quality control, and safety compliance throughout the shift.
• Perform basic math calculations for ingredient measurements and portioning as needed.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing minor repairs or adjustments.
• Operate other material handling equipment when required for moving ingredients or finished products.
