Job summary

Nugget Market, Inc. in Woodland Warehouse is seeking dependable, enthusiastic team players for full-time bakery production roles. The team will prep, bake, package and label hundreds of goods daily for shipment to our stores, in a fast-paced environment with physical demands.

You will operate ovens, proofers, slicers, mixers and dough dividers, while keeping a clean, sanitary area. A positive attitude, basic math and English comprehension are essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older is required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Basic understanding of English to read recipes and schedules.
• Excellent communication abilities are essential.
• Able to multitask with a sense of urgency.
• Positive attitude is essential for a fast-paced team.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep, bake, package and label hundreds of goods daily for shipment to stores.
• Mixing, scaling and benching dough, baking artisan breads and desserts.
• Lift and stack flour, load carts and racks, transfer products to refrigeration/freezers.
• Palletize and label products; operate ovens, proofers, slicers, mixers and dough dividers.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment.
• Work in extremely cold environments and follow proper food handling techniques.
