Job summary

Whole Foods Market, Inc. is seeking a Bread Production Team Member for evening to overnight shift (4:00 PM - 12:10 PM). You will collaborate with teammates to meet production goals while upholding strict food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

You will prepare bakery products, follow instructions, monitor inventory and waste, and ensure correct product mixing to meet dietary needs. The role requires attention to safety, equipment use, and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery products according to recipes (scaling).
• Follow daily prep lists and job assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness and rotation of coolers and shelves.
• Monitor, document, and control product transfers, waste, and spoilage.
• Ensure equipment safety and proper use during prep and cleanup.
