Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking team members for our Bakery department. You will support product receiving, preparation, display, and customer service while upholding WFM standards.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating stock, and assisting with inventory checks. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No formal retail experience required.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and procedures.
• Ability to follow steps for stocking, rotation and display.
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays by front-facing and rotating stock.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to team and managers.
• Maintains back stock in good order and assists with inventory checks.
• Assists with sampling programs and keeps sample areas tidy.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Delivers courteous, helpful service and uses suggestive selling when appropriate.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, and merchandising of products.
• Follows health, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work and shopping environments.
