Job summary

Crown Bakeries is seeking a Production Associate to oversee and perform a wide variety of tasks to produce high quality product that meets customer specifications. You will help keep the line running smoothly, ensure correct material quality, and support safe, cost-effective production.

Responsibilities include clearing jams, assisting line startups and changeovers, monitoring product quality, minimizing waste, reporting non-conforming product, and attending monthly safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Follow GMP, food safety and quality policies.
• Report food safety incidents and deviations clearly.
• Able to learn processes quickly and work in a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Complete production tasks assigned by the operator.
• Clear jams from the line and assist with line startups.
• Oversee product quality to meet customer specifications and minimize waste.
• Stay attentive to safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
