Job summary

McKee Foods Corporation seeks a Process Technician for our Plant 2A in Collegedale, TN. You will operate creme and capper lines, weigh materials, and maintain equipment. This on-site role requires 2nd shift from Sunday to Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., with a $1 shift premium for 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include line setup, speed adjustments, data collection, reporting in OPM, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Strong teamwork, basic math, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Willingness to be flexible and perform tasks as needed.
Self-motivated with initiative and able to work without direct supervision.
Basic math skills required for weighing and measuring.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy; safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

Set-up and operate creme and capper equipment.
Adjust belt speeds to maintain product specs.
Accurately measure and document lot and ingredient usage.
Record production data and reports in the OPM system.
Keep work area clean and waste minimal; document issues.
Assist in training others on equipment and line operations.
