You will assist with packaging and inspecting finished snack cakes, ensuring accurate wrapping, carton placement, and pallet loading. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety and quality standards.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must meet strict attendance guidelines.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 20–40 pounds regularly.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with packaging and inspection of finished food products (snack cakes).
• Package unwrapped cakes into individual wraps and place into cartons.
• Fill cases with cartons and arrange cases onto pallets for shipment.
• Monitor production processes to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Follow schedules, meet production quotas, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
