Responsibilities

• Prepares breads, rolls, muffins, cookies, pies, cakes and other pastries, including icings and frostings.
• Reviews production schedules to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
• Shapes dough for cookies, pies and pastries by hand or using rollers and cutters.
• Receives ingredients from main kitchen for daily operations.
• Cleans and maintains work areas, utensils and equipment.
