Responsibilities

• Sets up all equipment including pan system, model-k, pan-o-mat, proof box and oven.
• Ensures an even continuous flow of pans into the pan-o-mat.
• Sets up equipment in the pan system, including pan stacker, unstacker and pan guides on the pan cooling system.
• Ensures proper stacking and storage of pans in designated area.
• Operates roll model-k, panomat, proofer and oven when necessary.
• Maintains cleanliness of the work area at all times.
• Adheres to company policies including safety and work rules.
