Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a production worker in Jacksonville, FL to set up equipment, verify dough piece sizes, and ensure proper sheeting and panning to meet production standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reading/comprehension for recording information, and adherence to GMP and safety policies. Salary ranges from $21.64 to $25.71 per hour, with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 or more year's production experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets up all equipment according to established standards (sheeter rollers, flour sifters settings, guide rails, plow settings, pan guides, etc.).
• Ensures dough pieces are proper size and length according to standards.
• Ensures proper sheeting, moulding and panning per production standards.
• Removes all double dough pieces from pans.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and GMP's.
• Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
• Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
