Responsibilities

• Set up equipment per established standards (pan system, model-k, pan-o-mat, proof box, oven).
• Ensure an even flow of pans into the pan-o-mat.
• Set up pan system equipment including stacker/unstacker and guides on the pan cooling system.
• Ensure proper stacking and storage of pans in designated areas.
• Operate roll model-k, pan-o-mat, proofer and oven when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times.
• Follow company policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
• Comply with EEO, harassment, safety and related policies.
• Adhere to attendance and operating rules as required.
