Job summary

King's Hawaiian is seeking a packaging/production associate at our Oakwood facility. You will remove finished bakery products from conveyors, pack them into baskets or master cases, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

You will monitor equipment, report jams and safety concerns, and assist in training new team members. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of warehouse/production experience, with English literacy essential for safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be safety conscious and able to read safety rules and procedures.
• English literacy required for safety and operation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Picks up bakery products and places them in cases or trays.
• Observes conveyors and packaging machines to prevent jams and reports issues.
• Removes finished cases from discharge end of tape machine and stacks on pallets.
• Inspects products for damage or conformance before packing into master cases.
• Keeps work area clean and orderly; performs sanitation duties as assigned.
