Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a dedicated Operator 1, Bakery- Packing EM Line on the 2nd Shift in Ontario, CA. You’ll support continuous production and packaging while ensuring quality, compliance, and accurate documentation on a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities include cross-functional coverage during breaks, managing packaging materials, and adhering to GMP, HACCP, and allergen controls to safeguard product safety and consistency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate and legible documentation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures.
• Understanding of, or ability to learn, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Support production and packaging operations to ensure efficient workflow and product output.
• Provide cross-functional coverage during breaks and meal periods to maintain continuous operations.
• Maintain packaging materials and supplies to support uninterrupted production.
• Verify product quality and compliance with established specifications and standards.
• Complete production, quality, and operational documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and food safety requirements to ensure compliance.
• Communicate food safety, quality, and equipment concerns and support corrective actions.
