Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic math and timekeeping skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in a manufacturing or bakery environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment to support production and packaging processes.
• Verify labeling, coding, and metal detector compliance for food safety and quality.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, maintenance, sanitation, and quality teams to minimize downtime.
• Perform equipment adjustments, start-ups, changes, and shutdowns while documenting activity.
