Job summary

Sam's Club in Tomball, TX is opening a brand-new bakery and is seeking a Baker and Packager Associate to help launch the club’s fresh bakery experience. You will bake according to recipes, wrap and label products, and support high-volume production with strong member service.

As part of the founding Tomball team, you will help establish the culture, ensure freshness, and uphold food safety while delivering an exceptional member experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs, following recipes and standards.
• Wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness and food safety.
• Ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; handle fragile and high-shrink items.
• Use handheld technology to support production planning, inventory, and ordering decisions.
• Assist members with bakery orders and provide friendly, knowledgeable service across the club.
