• Collaborates with associates to build a strong bakery team and supports flexible coverage.
• Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise.
• Ensures food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management compliance.
• Operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment.
• Leverages handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Maintains a clean, member-ready area and supports customer service.
