Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery is seeking an Oven Operator to join our Rocky Mount, NC facility. You will operate and maintain industrial ovens, monitor baking processes, and ensure quality and consistency of our cheesecakes and baked goods.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in following recipes, and collaboration with bakery staff to meet production schedules. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior oven operation or baking experience, and the physical ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; baking experience preferred.
• Previous oven operator or baking/food manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and specifications accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate industrial ovens, set temperatures and timers.
• Inspect baked goods for quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of ovens and baking equipment.
• Track ingredients and supplies; assist in inventory management.
• Coordinate production with bakery staff to meet schedules.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
