• Greet customers and answer questions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Organize products in display cases and maintain fully stocked shelves.
• Assist baking team with bread, cookies, and desserts, including pan dulces.
• Understand basic bakery products and standard equipment; multitask effectively.
• Communicate with management and team to address issues for guests and staff.
• Conduct regular inventory to ensure proper levels.
• Maintain quality, cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and product presentation.
• Stock, price, and rotate bakery items; discard spoiled items as needed.
• Operate bakery equipment (heat sources, mixers, blenders).
• Take food orders in person and by phone.
• All other duties as assigned.
