Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Customer Service and retail experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Organize products in display case and tables while ensuring fully stocked cases.
• Communicate with management and baking team to fulfill requests.
• Conduct inventory to ensure proper levels.
• Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, safety and food handling.
• Stock, fill, face, and price bakery items; rotate stock and discard spoiled items.
• Operate bakery equipment including heat sources, mixers, and blenders.
• Take orders in person and by phone.
• All other duties as assigned.
